BTH [pop punk, skacore, Florida, USA]

Formed in late 2003, these guys were brought together by their collective boredom of the modern day music scene. Combining influences from the pop punk greats of the early 90's, they have created a sound that is familiar, but also a breath of fresh air at the same time.
Since forming, BTH has played numerous shows with great bands such as Against All Authority, The Apers, Michael Graves, The Green Goblyn Project, The Obscene, and The Monistats and have appeared on compilations with The Dwarves, Leftover Crack, Hot Water Music, Morning Glory, Skif Dank, Pink Lincolns, Mad Sin, and Electric Frankenstein.
Influences: Screeching Weasel, Less Than Jake, NOFX, Buck-O-Nine, The Lillingtons, and so forth in that fashion


Лично я никогда не был особо большим любителем музыки с приставкой "ска", но есть конечно и очень яркие исключения из этого правила. В свое время просто с ума сходил от одноименного альбома Assorted Jellybeans. Слушал его запоем, да и сейчас он остается в моей двадцатке любимых релизов всех времен.
Недавно услышал BTH и был сражен на повал тем, как сильно у них чувствуется влияние AJB. Просто море драйва, высокие скорости, отличное настроение, запоминающиеся мелодии и желание слушать их снова и снова...
